EMT: My new skill

Taking part of this mission is also an opportunity to learn new things.

I am member of the EMT (Emergency Medical Team) as Stretcher Bearer on-board the AFM. In july during shipyard in Las Palmas, we will take a BLS (Basic Life Support) exam.

Each other week, we conduct a fire drill so the whole ship stays ready to response in case of real emergency. The following pictures were taken during and after drills (thank God, real emergency didn’t happen so far).
